Additional work required to bring your system up to code or correct pre-existing issues will be quoted separately before any work begins. Financing is available for qualifying installs.

What does the diagnostic visit cost?
The $99 diagnostic is waived entirely when you proceed with the repair.
How fast can you come out for no heat?
No-heat calls are our priority, especially through an Edmonton winter. Call us and we'll book you the soonest available visit and walk you through any safe steps to try in the meantime.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Jackson is Red Seal certified (Gas Technician and Journeyman Plumber), refrigerant-certified (ODP/ODS and A2L), in WCB good standing, and carries $2M liability coverage.
Do you repair as well as install?
Both. We repair what can be fixed and only recommend a replacement when it's the better long-term value — and we explain why in plain language before you decide.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are available for qualifying installation and replacement work.
